How it works

Here the molten plastic is forced into molds where it cools and gets hard. As the granules are moved forward by a screw-type plunger, the plastic is forced into a heating chamber, where it is melted. When the plunger moves ahead the molten plastic is forced into the mold cavity. When the mold gets filled, the plastic solidifies almost instantly. This helps in creating plastic injections of the desired size and to offer the needed solution.
